Dabco® SI3201

Dabco® SI3201 by Evonik acts as a silicone surfactant. Provides very efficient emulsification, nucleation and stabilization, resulting in fine as well as uniform foams with excellent insulation properties. It has non hydrolysable structure for excellent premix stability and good compatibility with rigid foam polyol pre-blends. Exhibits low viscosity and low freezing point allowing for easy handling and accurate pumping. Used for polyether, polyester and polyether/polyester based rigid PUR and PUR/PIR formulations. Also used for appliance formulations and continuous as well as discontinuous insulation panels (flexible and metal faced). Recommended use level of Dabco® SI3201 ranges from 1.0 to 2.5 pphp.
