Dabco® SI3202

Dabco® SI3202 by Evonik is a silicone surfactant by Evonik. It has non hydrolysable structure for excellent premix stability and good compatibility with rigid foam polyol pre-blends. Exhibits low viscosity and low freezing point allowing for easy handling and accurate pumping. Used for polyether, polyester and polyether/polyester based rigid PUR and PUR/PIR formulations. Also used for appliance formulations and continuous as well as discontinuous insulation panels (flexible and metal faced). Provides very efficient emulsification, and wide processing latitude resulting in fine as well as uniform foams with excellent insulation properties. Dabco® SI3202 recommended use level ranges from 1.0 to 2.5 pphp.
