Dabco® SI3504

Dabco® SI3504 by Evonik is a silicone surfactant. In OCF applications, it will stabilize the foam structure and assist greatly in prepolymer compatibility. In rigid lamination systems, it has shown to significantly improve lambda values compared to conventional silicone surfactants, making it the ideal choice to assist in meeting increasingly tough building regulations. Produces fine, uniform cells resulting in excellent ?-values. Possesses excellent foam flow properties and excellent density distribution. Has non-hydrolysable structure for excellent premix stability; good compatibility with rigid foam polyol pre-blends. Its low viscosity and low freezing point allowing for easy handling and accurate pumping. Used in all polyether, polyester and polyether/polyester based rigid PUR and PUR/PIR formulations, continuous and discontinuous insulation panels (flexible and metal faced), one component foam (OCF) formulations. Dabco® SI3504 has recommended use level ranges is from 1.0 to 2.5 pph polyol.
