Dynasylan® BTSE by Evonik acts as a coupling agent and surface modifier for mineral fillers in organic thermosets or duroplasts. It is a hexa-functional precursor for low-k dielectric and inorganic materials. Used in sol-gel systems due to its high crosslinking density. It is registered with EINECS/ ELINCS, PICCS, TSCA, IECS, ENCS and ECL. Dynasylan® BTSE has a shelf life of 12 months.
