GETREN® R 4200

GETREN® R 4200 by Evonik acts as a silicone oil-free release agent. Provides excellent sliding properties with no negative impact on the physical properties of the rubber. Designed for EPDM, NBR and automotive rubber hoses. Offers easy washability, temperature stability, excellent biodegradability i.e. potential cost savings in waste water treatment. It helps to reduce static and sliding friction without damaging the inner surface of the hoses in the extrusion process of green tubes and their vulcanization in the second production step. GETREN® R 4200 is also suitable for CR, Silicone and FKM.
