ZEOTHIX® 177

ZEOTHIX® 177 by Evonik is a high surface area synthetic precipitated silica. It provides thixotropy used in thermoset resins and composites. It is an alternative to high-cost fumed silicas customarily used for rheology control. It offers ease of dispersion, high pack density, low abrasion, improved long-term stability. It is easier to post add substantially lower cost vs. fumed silicas. ZEOTHIX® 177 provides a cost-effective alternative to fumed silica, sag control, low absorption, good long-term stability and high performance.
