Ferrocling PW 60

FERROCLING PW 60 is a concentrate of high molecular weight polyisobutylene tackifler in linear low density polyethylene. Acts as a cling agent. Contains 57-63% polyisobutylene. It is dry and free-flowing. Polymers used with it must not contain any slip or antiblock additives or have a density higher than 0.923 as it prevents the migration of the cling additive. It can be used in both blown or cast film processes. Designed to produce stretch film from LLDPE, LDPE or other polyolefins for the applications of pallet wrap, silage wrap and food wrap. Addition rate depends on which layer is used and the layer thickness. Recommended dosage rates are 8% by wt. for monolayer blown films in LLDPE (or resin mix), 3-4% for monolayer cast films. For multilayer film lines, it is added in the skin layers only. Compliant with FDA food contact approval.
