SureFlo®

SureFlo® by Flow Polymers is specifically designed to improve processing of thermoplastic resins such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, ABS and nylon. It is developed as a homogenizing and compatibilizing agent. It helps in compatibilizing dissimilar resins. This grade also increases flow & line speed for sheet and decreases cycle time by 10% on large part blow-molded applications. It allows processing at low temperatures and pressure. This additive is proven to enhance flow in a mold by postponing the crystallization of the base resin. It improves knit lines and enhances surface appearance. It reduces carbon footprint and helps to eliminate splay and maintain physical properties of dissimilar resins, all through its properties of compatibilization. This additive helps to lower utility costs and amount of electricity. SureFlo® is used in large part injection applications. It is typically used as a 5 to 10% let down in a base resin.
