GRAFTABOND™ UHHD-MAH 00020 IM by Graft Polymer is an alloy of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grafted with maleic anhydride. It acts as an impact modifier. It is an excellent compatibilizer for polyethylene blends and an excellent toughening agent, due to the UHMWPE. GRAFTABOND™ UHHD-MAH 00020 IM can be processed using extrusion and compounding. The recommended dosage is 1-4% additive based upon total formulation, depending on the fiber content.
