Plasthall® P-550

Plasthall® P-550 by Hallstar is a medium molecular weight, low viscosity polymeric plasticizer. It is polyester glutarate.

It has very low volatility while imparting low hardness and provides excellent processability, efficiency and compatibility in a variety of thermoplastic and thermosetting resins.
It is especially recommended in situations where resistance to extraction with solvents and water are required.
It is compatible with cellulose nitrate, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, nitrile, polyvinyl chloride and vinyl chloride acetate.
Plasthall® P-550 is used in automotive belts, decals, electrical tape, o-rings, outdoor furniture and refrigerator gasket.
