SUPRMIX® PLASTHALL® P-7046

SUPRMIX® PLASTHALL® P-7046 by Hallstar is a medium to high molecular weight plasticizer. It is polyester glutarate dispersed on an amorphous silica carrier.

It is a viscous and hard to handle liquid at room temperature.
It provides a free flowing, easy to handle powder that incorporates quickly into rubber compounds.
Offers a good balance of low volatility, resistance to extraction by organic fluids, and a low tendency to migrate to polystyrene and ABS substrates.
It also offers better resistance to oxidative and hydrolytic attack than other polymeric plasticizers.
It reduces waste and clean up time and compatible with chlorosulfonated polyethylene, EPDM, epichlorohydrin, nitrile and polyvinyl chloride.
SUPRMIX® PLASTHALL® P-7046 is used in conveyor belts, fuel hose, gaskets, o-rings, print rolls, roofing, seals and telephone wire.
