Azodicarbonamide. Acts as a modified low decomposition temperature foaming agent. Offers good whiteness, good physical characters, smooth surface and fine regular cell structure. Particularly adopted to foaming process of fast curing speed in low temperature, such as compression molding, extrusion and coating of PVC, EVA, PE, compression molding of varieties of rubbers, plastic & rubber blends. As its decomposition temperature is correspondence with the plasticizing & curing temperature, the product can have delicate as well as regular foam-cell structure and the output is increased at the same processing temperature.
