Phosphorus and nitrogen containing intumescent flame retardant masterbatch. It provides good dispersability, processability and possesses high shear strength. It can be used for extrusion and injection directly and also available for granulation with resins and other additives by twin screw extruders or other equipments. Suitable for polyolefin and elastomer. Recommended for use in HDPE pipes. Dose level of 34% and of 32% can reach UL94 V-0 at 3.2mm for HDPE and for Homo-PP, respectively. It complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.
