HECO® CLEAN 4 PP

HECO® CLEAN 4 PP by HECOPLAST is a 22% mixture of a physically active component and fatty acid. It is a non-abrasive, rheological acting cleaning mixture in PP. Acts as a slip agent. All fluid conducting parts in plasticizing units like screw, cylinder, connector flange, head and tool as well as the rheological dead zones are being wetted effectively and thus all decomposition products and color residue are flushed out. The carrying polymer as well as the substances are highly temperature stable. It is used undiluted or with only 30% of the succeeding polymer in injection molding and extrusion. In consideration of the discoloration material mixed with HECO® CLEAN 4 PP can be re-granulated and reused. HECO® CLEAN 4 PP complies with EU-RL 10/2011 (ff), EU-RL 1272/2008 and US-FDA 175.105, 175.300, 176.170 and 178.3910. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
