HECO® NUK 485 PP

HECO® NUK 485 PP by HECOPLAST is a 20% organic active substance in PP. Acts as a mold releasing agent, anti-scratch and nucleating agent. It meets very high transparency requirements with regard to surface brilliance and freedom from warpage, hence on the recrystallisation behavior. Exhibits easy releasability and high surface scratch resistance (N / mm2 ). HECO® NUK 485 PP is used in the injection molding, extrusion and blow molding of PP at dosage of 1.0%-1.5%. Its recommended dosage is upto 3.5% according to EU-RL 10/2011 (ff) and up to 5.8% according to the US-FDA. It complies with EU-RL 1272/2008 and US-FDA. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
