HECO® SLIP 114 PP

HECO® SLIP 114 PP by HECOPLAST is a 20% high purity, high temperature stable primary fatty acid in PP. Acts as a release, anti-scratch and slip agent. It offers very high-quality sliding and demolding aid for PP in the closure industry at 1.0%. Provides improvement in scratch resistance (+ 50% in N/mm 2) to even high-gloss black articles (eg closures) with mechanical stress (ejection of injection-molded parts) even before the end of the recrystallization phase. HECO® SLIP 114 PP is used in the calendering, ribbon and profile extrusion as well as in extrusion of tape- and furniture profiles. Its recommended dosage is 0.5-2.0% for PP. Its recommended dosage is 1.0% according to EU-RL 10/2011. It complies with EU-RL 1272/2008, European Pharmacopoeia, EMEA / 410/01 and US-FDA. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
