HECO® SLIP 120 PE

HECO® SLIP 120 PE by HECOPLAST is a 20% carbon fatty acid on a carrier supporting the sliding action, corresponds to the EC-RL 67/548. Acts as a release, semi-nucleating and slip agent. It increases output and prevents residues in the plastification unit. Provides significant reduction of the subsidiary- and changeover costs. It improves gas absorption. It is compatible with PELD-, PEHD- and their compounds. HECO® SLIP 120 PE is used in extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, spun fibers, tapes, filaments as well as in endothermic or purely exothermic foam extrusion. Its recommended dosage is 0.5-1.0% for film extrusion and 1.0-2.5% in EPE products as well as in common production processes and foam extrusion. It complies with EU-RL 10/2011 (ff), EU-RL 1272/2008, US-FDA and 175.105, 175.300, 176.170 and 178.3910. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
