HECO® SLIP 123 PP

HECO® SLIP 123 PP by HECOPLAST is a 22% of fatty acid on PP carrier. Acts as a semi-nucleating, mold release and slip agent. It leads to higher output and counteracts residues in the plastification unit and potential sink marks. It improves mar resistance and provides significant reduction of the operating- and ancillary costs. It is highly temperature stable and is free from intrinsic color. It is compatible with PP homo, PP copo- and their mixtures. HECO® SLIP 123 PP is used in extrusion, blow molding and injection molding. It is also used in injection molded parts which contain pearl or metallic pigments at a dosage of 1.0-2.0% to reduce or prevent flow lines. It complies with EU-RL 10/2011 (ff), EU-RL 1272/2008, US-FDA and 175.105, 175.300, 176.170 and 178.3910. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
