HECO® STAT 224 PP

HECO® STAT 224 PP by HECOPLAST is a 12% short-long term antistatic agent. Also acts as a release and anti-block agent. It is a combination of chemically-physically acting, non-ionic compounds, total content of 16% for articles in the packaging sector with wall thickness >100 µm. Provides long-term antistatic effect to PPc and PPh with an optimum dispersibility. It offers good mold release in injection molding and blow molded articles. It prevents the blocking of hollow articles during filling operations. HECO® STAT 224 PP recommended dosage for PP screw caps is 1.0-2.5%, for film is 1.5-2.5% and for hollow molding is 1.5-2.5%. Its recommended dosage is 3.75% according to EU-RL 10/2011 (ff) and 3.0-6.0% according to US-FDA. It complies with EU-RL 1272/2008. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
