HiCal™ LM

HiCal™ LM by Heritage Plastics is calcium carbonate concentrate based masterbatch containing effective substances in homopolypropylene carrier resin (PP). Provides high stiffness and good heat deflection in thermoformed sheets. HiCal™ LM offers good cost-performance balance, improved productivity and lower energy consumption leading to significant cost reduction. Non-abrassive and heavy metal free. Minimizes the carbon footprint of the end product. Recommended for injection molding and sheet thremoforming. Compatible with PP based resins. Approved for direct food contact packaging in compliance with regulations such as California Proposition 65 and CONEG.
