MIKROFINE® 106

Specially formulated multi component system. Acts as an endothermic blowing agent. It is a free flowing powder and causes minimal agglomeration and lumping problems. It is specially designed for giving maximum density reductions and giving whiter foamed products a good surface finish. It is ideal for direct metering into extruder hoppers. Can be used to expand thermoplastic resins. Recommended for extruded PE based crown cork liner, rotational molded multi-layer LLDPE tanks and co-axial cables. Suitable for injection molding, rotational molding and extrusion. The dosage rate is 0.3 - 1.2 PHR for extrusion applications and 0.4 – 2.0 PHR for rotational molding applications.
