3- Mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane LT-580 by HUBEI BLUESKY NEW MATERIALS is a silane coupling agent having sulfhydryl group with effects like surface rust proofing agent, that improves surface protection against corrosion and oxidation resistance. It increases its adhesive property with resins & other high polymers when act on gold silver copper and metal surface. It is usually used to process silicon dioxide carbon black and other inorganic filler as active agent, coupling agent, crosslinker agent & reinforcing agent in rubber, silastic with polymers. It has wide application in nitrile / phenolic, epoxy, PVC, polystyrene, polysulfide, polyurethane, nylon, butadiene styrene rubber, neoprene, chemigum, EPDM and natural rubber system. It can be used in anti-shrinking finishing of fabric. Show special effects when deal with inorganic fillers like silica hydrated, carbon black, glass fibre, mica and effectively improve rubber’s mechanical properties and wear resistance in rubber industry. 3- Mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane LT-580 is very suitable for sulfur vulcanization and peroxide vulcanization system can improve its tensile strength & abrasion resistance and reduce its compression set.
