LT-172 by HUBEI BLUESKY NEW MATERIALS is a vinyltris (ß-methoxyethoxy)silane-based coupling agent. It promotes adhesion of unsaturated polyesters, polyethylene, elastomers and inorganic substrates such as fiber glass, silica, silicates and other metal oxides. It reduces sensitivity of products to mechanical and electrical properties. It improves compatibility of fillers with polymers. It offers good dispersibility, reduced melt viscosity and easier processing of filler plastics. It is used as an adhesion promotor for mineral-filled polymers. LT-172 can be used as a monomer for polyethylene and acrylics.
