Onyx Elite® 255

Onyx Elite® 255 by Huber Engineered Materials is a high purity, water-insoluble alumina trihydrate grade (99.6% content). Acts as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant. It is an odorless white powder yielding low viscosities, excellent air release, reduced matrix settling and a very homogenous casting. The median particle diameter, controlled particle distribution and low contaminant level aids manufacturers in obtaining good cure, good translucency and excellent color, when compared to other products offered for solid surface applications. Suitable for solid surface cast polymers. Onyx Elite® 255 by Huber Engineered Materials complies with Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory, Canada Domestic Substance List, Canada Non-Domestic Substance List and Mexico National Inventory of Chemical Substances (INSQ).
