Vertex® 100 SF

Vertex® 100 SF by Huber Engineered Materials is a magnesium hydroxide (=99 % (untreated base)) grade. It acts as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant. Present as an odorless white powder. It is a phenylsilane-treated product that provides superior fire performance, high dispersion quality, reduced moisture pick-up and improved dynamic thermal stability (DTS) in fire-rated PVC compounds. Suitable for thermoplastic and crosslinked polymer compounds. Vertex® 100 SF complies with Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory, Canada Domestic Substance List, Canada Non-Domestic Substance List and National Inventory of Chemical Substances (INSQ).
