Vertex® 60 SV

Vertex® 60 SV by Huber Engineered Materials is a magnesium hydroxide (=99 % (untreated base)) grade. Acts as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant. Present as odorless white powder. It is a magnesium hydroxide product surface treated with a proprietary surface treatment that provides superior fire performance when used to make fire-rated polyolefin compounds. The proprietary surface treatment improves compounding rheology and processing as well as compound physical properties. Suitable for thermoplastic and elastomeric compounds. Vertex® 60 SV by Huber Engineered Materials complies with Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory, Canada Domestic Substance List, Canada Non-Domestic Substance List and National Inventory of Chemical Substances (INSQ).
