Jeffamine® D-205 Amine

Jeffamine® D-205 Amine by Huntsman acts as an epoxy curing agent. It is difunctional primary amine with oxyalkylene units. It offers low color, vapor pressure, excellent mechanical properties and relatively high glass transition temperature. It is designed to be a low amine hydrogen equivalent weight polyetherdiamine with slow curing speed. It can be used in composites. It is recommended for applications where low viscosity, low exotherm and longer pot life are required. It is suitable for reaction with isocyanates and carboxylic acids. Jeffamine® D-205 Amine has a shelf life of 2 years.
