Rrimglos® 4W by Imerys is high-purity, ultrafine, high aspect ratio, coarse wollastonite. It can act as a FR synergist in polymer composites. It is recommended for thermoplastics and thermosets. Rrimglos® 4W offers good reinforcing properties, compressive strength, thermal stability, reduced CLTE and dimensional stability. This product can be surface treated to further improve mechanical performance and coupling to the polymer matrix.
