ULTI-PRO® 100

ULTI-PRO® 100 by Indspec is viscosity modifier and processing aid. Lowers the uncured viscosity and eases the difficulty to process the rubber compounds. Also increases hardness and dynamic stiffness. It can be used to replace liquid rubbers, fatty acid (and other) processing aids, and oils, but with an improvement in cured rubber properties. Because of the good cured stiffness it builds, the additive can also be used as a partial replacement for phenolic-reinforced resins, but without contributing to the green compound boardiness typical with phenolic resin use.
