EL100 by IruChem is blend of fatty acid soap and amide. It offers improved flow properties in rubber compound and reduces the viscosity of green compound. It exhibits outstanding release effect during compounding stage and mold release after curing. The recommended dosage level of EL100 is 0.2-1.0%. Its shelf life is 2 years.
