EL240 by IruChem is blend of zinc soap derivatives. It is a processing additive for applications in natural and synthetic rubber. It provides improved processing behavior for elastomers including NR, SBR and EPDM. It improves filler dispersion in silica and other mineral fillers. EL240 is suitable for extruded compound and injection molding. The recommended usage level is 0.5-3 phr. It can be stored for 2 years.
