EL560

EL560 by IruChem is zinc soap of unsaturated fatty acid. It is used as a peptizer for natural rubber. It improves flow ability and carbon black dispersion. It reduces viscosity & energy consumption, shortens mixing time and improves processing efficiency. EL560 enhances calendering and extrusion rate & provides smooth surface. It also improves reversion resistance and tear strength. Its usage level is in the range of 1-5 phr. The recommended shelf life is at least 18 months under normal storage conditions.
