TPX1000

TPX1000 by IruChem is blend of fatty acid soap and amide. It is processing additive and acts as a physical coupling agent between polymer system and filler materials. It also acts as blending & dispersing agent in highly filled systems, providing uniform & homogenous initial mixture. It is an effective lubricant for the polyolefins, PVC, PS, ABS and TPO systems. It provides excellent dispersion of fillers & additives, very good surface appearance, easy mold release and non-blooming properties. TPX1000 is recommended for filled olefins and flame retarded polymers. It can be used in unfilled polymers to offers reduced viscosity and improved flow at desirable processing conditions. It can be stored for 2 years under normal storage conditions.
