TPX1800

TPX1800 by IruChem is a condensation product of fatty acid derivative and silicone. It is a processing additive based on organosilicone. The organosilicone is highly compatible with polymer compounds. It enables utilization of the highly efficient lubrication effect of silicone without exudation and bloom. It offers improved flow, release behavior in processing of polymer and mold release. The recommended dosage level of TPX1800 is 0.5-3 phr. It can be stored for at least 18 months under normal storage conditions.
