TPX4010 by IruChem is a blend of fatty ester and amide. It is a processing aid for polymers. It shows good affinity with metal parts and mineral fillers and therefore, acts as a lubricant between processing machine & polymer compound. It also acts as a dispersing agent between polymer and mineral fillers. It improves filler dispersion, flow and release during processing. TPX4010 can be stored for 2 years. The recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0% depending on polymer system.
