NUCLEATING AGENT MASTERBATCH -PA 09

PP carrier resin based third generation sorbitol derived nucleating agent masterbatch. It provides a large number of nucleating sites which results in formation of many small size spherulites and hence improved clarity by transmission of more light. The cycle time can be reduced by reducing cooling time during injection molding. Recommended for PP based end products such as disposable syringes, films, containers, buckets, jugs, bottles etc. It is suitable to be used in injection molding at melt temperature of 230-240°C and maximum back pressure. The let-down ratio is 1-3%.
