SLIP ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH -PA 06

PE carrier resin based highly pure erucamide. Acts as a slip agent masterbatch. It exhibits low volatility as well as low amide loss during processing and can withstand higher processing temperatures. SLIP ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH -PA 06 is slow migrating and does not affect subsequent sealing operations. It helps to smoothen film surface by reducing coefficient of friction. It does not affect bond strength when used in multilayer lamination film in one of the layers. Recommended for LDPE, LLDPE films which are used in FFS machines. The active ingredient content is 10% and let down ratio is 0.5-1.5%.
