ARBOCEL® GC-10

ARBOCEL® GC-10 by JRS Rettenmaier is a cellulose fiber. Its basic material is reclaimed cellulose. It is grey in color and insoluble in water (if left in their natural state (not comparable to water-soluble cellulose ethers)) and organic solvents. Resistant to dilute acids and bases. Guide values for temperature exposure: 160°C for several days, 180°C for approx. 1 day, 200°C is the limit of thermal exposure. ARBOCEL® GC-10 is used in the manufacture of low-weight components for automotive industry which reduce fuel consumption, thus making an active contribution towards saving valuable resources.
