Javachem® AM

Javachem® AM is a blend of glycerin monostearate and ethoxylated amide by Javachem. It exhibits heat resistance and excellent antistatic performance. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blown film after mixing with the plastic particles due to its standard particle form. It does not generate bridging and wall sticking. It is a pollution-free grade with cleanliness & brightness. It can be produced into high content anti-static masterbatch to improve throughput. Javachem® AM can be used with additives and with fillers. It is recommended for packaging material that indirectly contact with food and water. It is in accordance with the relevant food contact article in FDA. The dosage level of the grade for PE is 0.5-1.5%, for PP is 0.5-2.0%, for BOPP is 0.5-1.0% and for TPE is 0.5-2.5%. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
