Javachem® GW-6200P

Javachem® GW-6200P by Javachem is a high-content functional plastic additive which contains special-modified UHMW polysiloxane. It provides rheological property, surface performance, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.

• It enhances surface gloss of thermoplastics, surface smooth finish and reduces die-drool.
• It can be synergistic with flame retardancy, reduces the smoke emission and heat release rate when burning.
• For high-filled system, it improves processing fluidity, promotes filler dispersion to enhance production efficiency and reduces torque.
• It is suitable for extrusion process.
• It can be stored for 2 years.
• Javachem® GW-6200P can be added with the amount of 0.5%-5%.
