Javachem® HF-100

Javachem® HF-100 by Javachem is a high performance rheology modifier for nylon materials based on silicone. It exhibits good thermal stability and low volatility at high temperature. It promotes filler dispersion and improves surface of glass fiber reinforced materials. It can act as an internal and external lubricant which exhibits good mold release and flowability. It enhances demolding efficiency, melt fluidity, processing performance and gloss. Javachem® HF-100 is recommended to be added in amount of 0.3-1.0%. It can be stored for 2 years.
