Javachem® HG-600P

Javachem® HG-600P by Javachem is an organic-group modified, ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in polypropylene. It can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. It is used to improve processability, surface performance and scratch resistance of polyolefin materials. It contains low volatile (VOC) content and enhances surface gloss, smoothness and processing fluidity & reduces torque. It provides excellent thermal stability. Javachem® HG-600P can be used as the food contact additive in compliance with 177.1520 (c) 3 and 181.28 of FDA. Its shelf life is of 2 years. The recommended dosage level is 1.0-3.0%.
