Javachem® HG-600S

Javachem® HG-600S by Javachem is an organic-group modified, ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in polypropylene. It is used to improve processability, surface performance and scratch resistance of polyolefin materials. It can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. It contains low volatile (VOC) content and enhances surface gloss, smoothness and processing fluidity & reduces torque. It provides excellent thermal stability. Its shelf life is of 2 years. Javachem® HG-600S can be used as the food contact additive in compliance with 177.1520 (c) 3 and 181.28 of FDA. The recommended dosage level is 1.0-3.0%.
