Javachem® HG-650

Javachem® HG-650 by Javachem is an organic-group modified, ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in polypropylene. It is used to improve processability, surface performance and scratch resistance of polyolefin materials. It provides excellent thermal stability. It can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. It contains low volatile (VOC) content and enhances surface gloss, smoothness and processing fluidity & reduces torque. Javachem® HG-650 is suitable for injection molding and blown film extrusion. It can be used as the food contact additive in compliance with 177.1520 (c) 3 and 181.28 of FDA. The recommended dosage level is 1.0-5.0%. It can be stored for 2 years.
