SIVATHENE Blow Aid 03B

Calcium carbonate filled LLDPE and elastomer based masterbatch. It provides satisfactory opacity, whiteness and brightness in final product, reduces cost by replacing the equivalent amount of polymer and improves productivity & performance. It can be used with HDPE and shows excellent performance even in adverse conditions. Used to develop blow molding application by applying the reinforcing properties of ultrafine calcium carbonate & carrier resin with higher M.F.I. to provide the better mechanical properties to container. Sivathene blow aid is added along with the polymer to prevent the fibrillation of container manufactured for packaging industries. It has been recommended for high thickness container in blow molding applications and loading up to 20% as per end product.
