Kane Ace™ PA-220

Kane Ace™ PA-220 by Kaneka is a medium-high molecular weight acrylic polymer, which acts as a processing aid and enhances the processing of PVC based formulations. It has a fine particle size distribution that enhances dispersion properties and efficiency. Improves melt elasticity, melt strength and sizing of the formulation. It is an excellent general purpose processing aid that promotes a wide processing window, providing the flexibility to limit the number of processing aids for various applications. Used in extruded profiles, injection molded parts and plasticized PVC. Kane Ace™ PA-220 complies with FDA regulations.
