Kane Ace™ R230M

Kane Ace™ R230M by Kaneka is an acrylic copolymer. Acts as a processing aid. It is based on a low molecular weight acrylic resin. Imparts improved surface quality of finished articles as well as improved thermoformability.

• It accelerates fusion and imparts good melt flow characteristics.
• Used for rigid and plasticized PVC formulations.
• It is suitable for cold blending in low speed mixer.
• Recommended with emulsion, suspension and mass grade of PVC polymers.
• Kane Ace™ R230M can also be used for sheet, profile, pipe, fitting and bottle.
