Phosphoric acid di methylphenyl phenyl ester; colorless to pale yellow liquid. Acts as an efficient phosphate plasticizer for PVC and PVC copolymers. Shows insolubility in water & solubility in benzene, toluene etc. Used as a flame retardant plasticizer for additives in cellulose, polyester, and polyurethane and as flame retardant recipe for many plastics & resins in the manufacturing of electrical & automobile parts.
