KRATON™ D1101 BSM by KRATON is an impact modifier, supplied as a powder dusted with amorphous silica. It is a clear, linear tri-block co-polymer-based on styrene and butadiene with a polystyrene content of 31%. KRATON™ D1101 BSM is used for modification of bitumen. It exhibits low viscosity for easy thermoplastic melt processing or processing in solution.
