KRATON™ D4153 ESM

KRATON™ D4153 ESM by KRATON is a modifier of bitumen. It is an oil-extended linear block co-polymer-based on styrene and butadiene with bound styrene in the neat polymer of 35% mass. It contains 40 phr paraffinic oil which is classified as not hazardous. It is supplied as powder dusted with an amorphous silica. KRATON™ D4153 ESM exhibits low viscosity for easy thermoplastic melt processing or processing in solution. It is used in formulating compounds for footwear, technical and general-purpose applications.
